Elle a décidé de racconter sa quotidien d'ecolière,sur un blog du BBC pour les droits des filles et dans blog ell raccontait les violence qu'elle subissait.
En 2012, deux talibans s'ont tiré à la tête. Sa état état très grave,puis Ella a guéri.pour sa sécurité,elle a été transtérée au Royaume-Uni.
Elle est devenue un symbole de la resistance countre les injustices.
En 2014 Elle reçoit le prix Nobel pour la paix.
