I just passed through a village of dwarfs, they were very clingy but me and Hortencia (my Pegusus steed) had to go. My quest is now headed to the town of gordansa, their town witch should be able to tell me some about the past of the great magic…

Arrival in Gordansa, entry 2

I have finally made it to gordansa after much more travel than I anticipated. Poor Hortencia is exhausted as am I. We traveled through the swamp of Ardansia, which took over a month to do. I am now staying in a small inn in gordansa, until i can find the location of the town witch. Hopefully she can help me find the cause of the magic fading. The inn i am staying in has the most beautiful garden outside, many flowers that I never could have imagined to exist back in arondiania.

I will attempt to make another entry tomorrow, if i can get a moment alone, the people of gordansa are very curious and i am running out of excuses for being here…

Today I woke up with my whole body aching, and my legs pleading me to go back to bed, but I have to go. I am going to start questioning the towns folk about where the witch lives. Hopefully I’ll have something to report later today.

Finally I dug up some valuable information, no one will speak much of the witch. I have a lead, she apparently lives in a house on the top of the mountain. I will travel there tomorrow, for now I need to rest.

Today it is frigid cold and I am very much unhappy to be getting out of bed, for there is a fire in the grate of my room and many fur blankets atop of me, but I must find the witch. Hortencia is rested enough to ride again and I have a long journey ahead.

I saddled up Hortencia and am now on my way to the witches cottage, boy is this steep. Something tells me that this witch is not interested in visitors…
