         <description><![CDATA[<div>In this picture, one would see many things happening. For me, I see plants contributing to <br>the environment. I chose this picture because I believe it gives me the best understanding of the contribution’s plants give the environment. From the trees to the weeds growing up the hill, you have photosynthesis taking place. Next, I see that this photo is taken on a farm, therefore there are most likely crops growing so that is beneficial to humans need for food. Lastly, I see the cows eating the grass. This is also beneficial to humans because 97% of the world’s population eats meat. with that being said, if we didn't have plants for animals to eat, we wouldn't have meat for humans to eat. There are many other contribution’s that plants have on the environment but for me this picture shows the main role they play in society for humans today.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><a href="https://youtu.be/pFaBpVoQD4E">https://youtu.be/pFaBpVoQD4E</a><br><br>I chose this video of photosynthesis not only because it shows the process of photosynthesis perfectly, but it also goes more into depth about it. In the video, one would learn each different part of the plant. The video strategically goes through each part inside the plant and teaches you its contribution to the plant and to photosynthesis. This video also has great animation throughout which helps with visual learners like myself and gives a great summary at the end to help bring the whole video together. &nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><a href="https://gnps.org/georgias-native-plants/search-native-plants/">https://gnps.org/georgias-native-plants/search-native-plants/</a><br><br>When looking through this website, one would find a variety of plants native to Georgia. Each plant has a picture along with the scientific name of the plant, the plant tags, the pronunciation of the plant, and the plant type. After you read through the specifics about that plant, you are given a brief summary on the plant. You have the option of clicking "see more" and when you do so, it will direct you to a new page where it shows all of the information about the specific plant you were looking at.  On that page, you will see the plant size, common names, when they typically bloom, the type of leaf, the wildlife, the habitat, and a few cultural notes about the plant. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The Tundra biome is one that is very very cold and typically found in the polar regions and very isolated, this area is directly affect by the climate change, human development, air pollution, and ecological imbalances. The main reason I believe the Tundra biome is the most in danger from ecological changes is because if climate change. In the tundra biome, many animals that live there do so because of its very very cold temperatures and as climates rise, the ice capsules in these areas begin to melt making it harder and harder for the animals living in those areas to survive. Not only does the melting in there areas affect animals from feeding and wondering freely , it allows other non-tundra plants and animals to invade the area. With temperatures rising and predicted to double, the future of this biome is in risk. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>In this diagram, it shows the agricultural changes of feeding for humans as the population continues to grow. One can see the changes from the world population shifting between 50 million people and 250 million people. As the world population grew, the changes in land, soil, and domesticated crops changed throughout the world. The land begins to clear and there are more grasslands for cropping. The fertilization and irrigation help with the crop rotation. The way of feeding for the human population became easier and easier. Humans began using more crops and making more as the population grows and the land changes. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>In 1701 Jethro Tull invented the first horse-drawn mechanical seed drill. The drill had a rotating cylinder which cut grooves to allow seeds to pass. The seeds then there put into a channel which was made by a plough at the front of the machine and covered at the back of the machine. The main goal of the machine was to cover the seeds in a straight line and by doing so, it eliminated waste and increased harvest yield. This type of technology is still seen today in modern farming and used often on large pieces of land. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I chose Allicin, which is a chemical that is found is garlic when garlic is crushed or chopped as my chemical that is derived from a plant that is very beneficial to health. I feel that Allicin is a great chemical and helps with reducing inflammation in the body. Allicin is also known to help prevent major diseases, such as heart disease and cancer. I chose this chemical because, being derived from garlic came as a shock to me. Many people don't think of garlic helping save people lives and preventing disease like heart disease and cancer. I found those facts very interesting which led to my decision on this chemical of choice. </div>]]></description>

It shows how if the world does not change present day agricultural, economic, social, and political practices that world hunger will continue to follow on a devastating path of hunger for many all over.
