Space and time are seemingly very different, but they are both measurements. Space is three dimensional and time is one dimensional, and when the two concepts are put together, it becomes space-time, which is four dimensional. Space-time is often represented as a trampoline, or fabric.

Space-time causes a warp in the fabric. If you put another ball with less mass near the depression made by the bowling ball, the ball will circle the bowling ball, slowly going closer. This represents how gravity pulls the small ball toward the bowing ball.
