Stage 1: Infancy

The first stage finds me sleeping during that time, everything I saw is completely unseen and laying down in bed. Another characteristics applied when I was Infant is rapid physical growth for child development. My note about my early birth : "Today I am blessed that my family loves me so much and taking good care of my life thank you for everything you've done for me"

Stage 2: Toddler Years/ Early Childhood

On the second stage, this time I learn to walk with the help of my family slowly but surely. Way back before, I remember learned how to talk or say a word like Mama, Papa, Tito, and many more even a sentence form: Mama and Papa I love you so much more. Aside from learned to walk and talk, my habits also likes to eat a lot food if you see the photo at the back, playing with my cousins, and exploring new surroundings.

Stage 3: Preschool years

On the third stage, A lot of things have done through the preschool years such as participate in "Buwan ng wika", 1st place award of "United nations customs" and with honors. My interests before was hanging out with my classmates, learned to draw imaginations things, and watching cartoon characters like cars, ben 10, Oggy, and many more. Lastly, I reflect myself that this goal was to pursue outstanding characteristics and social behavior because everything I entered in this outside world is now challenge for my new journey.

Stage 4: Elementary School years

On the fourth stage which is the elementary school years which is very fun and memorable for me. I earned the academic excellence in awarding through all the years and also receiving 2nd runner-up for poster making slogan competition in SM ecoland Davao City on June 13, 2019. Lastly, My hobbies before was dancing, arts, drawing, music, and sports for physical activities.

Stage 5: Adolescence

On the fifth stage, This is me now enjoying my life and hobbies, as a young adult. Regarding this adolescence stage begins to grow older as I entering from feature milestones away. Everything changes because of life style age, puberty, feelings, and emotions. From Grade 7 to 12, things starts to challenge my personal interests and relationship with others but I didn't let go.

For Stage 1: the aspect that I have is self-image because of physical appearance of myself.
Stage 2: the aspect that I have are self-esteem and self-image because that was makes up how I perceive in that present moment.
Stage 3: the aspect that I have are social-identity, ideal self, and self-image, because of this represents attributes and aspire that I want to be.
Stage 4: the aspect that I have are social-identity, and ideal self, because I am shaped in various social groups.
Stage 5: the aspect that I have are social-identity, ideal self, and self-esteem because it gives to greater well-being and the ability to navigate challenges.
