         <description><![CDATA[<div>Gravity is a force that pulls everything toward the Earth's center. For example, however high you jump, you always come down. Airplanes and birds are also effecting by gravity because they use lots of energy to move against the pull of gravity. Even the moon gets affected by gravity because it keeps the moon in orbit with the Earth. Even if you traveled far beyond the moon's orbit you will be affected by the sun's gravitational attraction. </div>]]></description>

Since Earth has a much greater mass than the ball, it will pull the ball towards it. Gravity pulls the ball and the Earth together. Gravity pulls the Earth to the ball, and at the same time, it pulls the ball to the Earth. That’s because Earth’s mass is much, much greater than the ball’s mass.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>In this story it shows that if you throw something into the air for example, a ball, earth’s gravity will pull it down. But everything gives off gravitational fields ,so why doesn’t the ball be attracted to you instead. The answer is mass. Since the earth has more mass than you do the ball is attracted to the earth. Then again if everything gives off gravitational fields why isn’t the earth attracted to the ball? Once again the answer is mass.&nbsp;The earth is larger than the ball so the ball is attracted to the earth. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Gravity is powerful and affects everything on or near Earth.&nbsp;That's why a spaceship needs a lot of power to exit the atmosphere. Furthermore, when an astronaut goes into space they use just enough power to get into orbit. Even though they are in space, just a little movement closer to Earth can bring them coming down. They might still be in space but the gravity is still surrounding Earth. So in conclusion, gravity is powerful and can effect things that are on or near Earth and things will be coming down.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Tanay-Gravity pull objects toward the center of the earth even when you're out of the reach of earth's gravitational pull you always have gravity pulling on you.<br><br>Hannah-It is very complicated but I know. Because gravity is like string tied to a tennis ball swinging around your head. Is you let go it will fly in 1 direction and it is basically orbiting your head. Also&nbsp; if you drop an object it will fall. So gravity makes things go down<br><br>Adithya N- Gravity pulls objects toward the earth. Somethings like a plane, a bird, and a rocket all can balance gravity. When you balance gravity you make sure you don't fall toward the earth.</div>]]></description>

The motion of the Moon is affected by the gravity of the Sun AND the Earth.  On Earth's gravity pull everything down and the Earth's comes to the object but on  a small scale. But on the big scale you need a huge object.Krishi :It affects things by  pulling things towards it or towards it’s center.Like it pulls us down to the center and pulls the moon as well.So the gravity pulls things together.</div><div>Aditya The moon has an orbit around earth, like a tennis ball that is on a string attached to your head. If the string let’s go the moon will go flying in one direction.
