I was departmentalized and my focus was math. I saw a tremendous decline in math because of online learning. The one-on-one interactions behind the screen were not working. As much as I tried to come up with creative ways to teach my students. I felt a disconnection in this content area. This experience has taking a toll in my confidence to teach math. I am BARELY starting to regain my love for the subject. This is EXACTLY how students feel.
