         <description><![CDATA[<div>I believe "teaching with a sense of urgency" in my setting is teaching the students the material in a timely manner. I must be able to identify those who need help and get them "caught up" quickly. I also have to motivate all students daily!<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I think for me a sense of urgency looks like contacting home through email and phone calls on a weekly basis for students that have failing grades.<br>At some points I have had to reach out to emergency contacts in order to get the family's attention about students whose grades are suffering.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I think it looks like knowing what the expectations are at the end of the year, and working to make sure all students have an opportunity to meet those expectations in a timely manner (by the end of the year). It means making sure there is time for them to work with, practice, and master those standards throughout the year without having to do a lot of reteaching.</div>]]></description>
