Creating a safe space can be as simple as nodding, using positive/reinforcing language, smiling, saying "ooo" and "ahhh"; basically engaging with our friends! For those who are more timid or feel intimidated when it comes to speaking up, these little acts of active listening can go the extra mile. </div>]]></description>
