1.       More recycling bins
2.       Recycling the blood glucose and ketones strips (they contain gold)
3.       Freecycle page on the Intranet 
4.       One-way traffic signs on the staircases and corridors
5.       Voluntary gardening on the hospital sites 
6.       Different colour lanyards with the name of the profession for the staff 
7.       Laminated portrait photos pinned to the uniform
8.       Supernumery badges
