         <title>Tolerant</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Psychodynamic:<br>   Repression-<br> I think I am tolerant because I easily let go of things like my past traumas. I leave the things that happened in the past stay in the past. When other people go through something i understand them.<br>   Sublimation-<br>To be tolerant of people and situations I have an outlet to redirect negative thoughts and behavior in a positive way by playing badminton.<br><br>Humanistic:<br>I know that I am tolerant meeting my esteem needs for my feeling of myself. Being tolerant helps me to meet my self- actualization needs because it helps be get through obstacles more easily than if I were to be intolerant.</div>]]></description>

         <title>Sensitive</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Psychodynamic:<br>   Reaction formation- <br>I act opposite how I feel sometimes so people don't see me as being sensitive or weak because I want to fit in with society. When something upsets me and someone asks if I'm okay most likely say I am so I don't worry them.<br>   Regression-<br>When I think I'm unable to do something i tend to give up and sometimes whine because something is too hard to do but its all just in my head.<br><br>Humanistic:<br>I know that I am sensitive and that meets the esteem need of finding your feeling of yourself. Being sensitive gets in the way of my self-actualization needs of fulfilling my own potential because it can hold me back from opportunities.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <title>Outgoing</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Psychodynamic:<br>   Childhood-<br>When I was younger I was very quiet but that changed when I got to high  school because I found my passion for badminton and my close friends.<br>   Projection:<br>I know some people can get bothers by people who can be too outgoing and i can be too. I complain how people who are too loud but I can be that way too.<br><br>Humanistic:<br>Being outgoing helped my self esteem needs because it helped me not care as much about what other thought so i became my more authentic me. Being outgoing also helped me in my self- actualization needs because i was able to open myself to help others which is what i want to do and not miss opportunities.  </div>]]></description>

         <title>Stubborn </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Psychodynamic:<br>   Rationalization-<br>When I am stubborn I often can think of an excuse in my head to try to justify something I did instead of the actual reason for my behavior.<br>   Denial-<br>When I am stubborn and not in the perfect emotional state I believe I'm right I refuse to believe whoever is talking to me.<br><br>Humanistic:<br>Being stubborn has its negatives and positives but its helped me stand my ground and that has helped my esteem needs. Being stubborn negativity affects my self- actualization needs because it holds me back from being productive if I don't change my attitude.</div>]]></description>

         <title>Perfectionist</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Psychodynamic:<br>   Compensation-<br>When I don't meet something to my own standards the next time i do it i will try to compensate by saying and doing better the next time.<br>   Reaction formation-<br>When working in a group or team its hard to be a perfectionist because you all  have to work together for the end product so I often will act opposite than I feel to benefit the group.<br><br>Humanistic:<br>Trying to be perfect affects my esteem and self- actualization needs because I'm constantly striving to be perfect in what I want to be but if I believe I cant get there i tend to give up.</div>]]></description>

I am also very energetic and assertive.<br>Agreeableness-<br>I am very compassionate and sympathetic.  <br>Openness-<br>I like to learn new things. I am also insightful.<br>Conscientiousness-<br>I am organized but not that reliable to get things on time.<br>Neuroticism-<br>I am not moody or tense and I don't have that many negative emotions constantly.<br><br><br></div>]]></description>
