I feel it would work out better if everyone did work together because the more people can sometimes be help to have other voices but i personally feel people would run off and wanna be in multiple small groups with there friends or someone they trust which would prevent less fighting and being around people you dont appreciate but there are certain rules that everyone must follow.and they would be the same for everyone either way it works out.

Will you need a leader or leadership committee? If so, how will they be selected?

Everyone will have the opportunity to write out some rules that they would like to have and the best ones get selected same as the person that wrote them because we expect if you can amke good rules you will continue to but if you begin to make choices that are un fit you will be removed from your place.

How will important decisions be made (such as task/job assignments)?

The people in charge will have a meeting with everyone on the island and get others opinion then discuss among themselves on how to apporch the situation and what should be done about it and then bring it to the public on there choices and what they think should happen if a disagreement was to occur they would re ask for a meeting to have moreinsites then potential vote if agred opon .

yes rules are necessary

-no stealing

-respect everyone

-no killing or fighting

-if have a problem bring it to the people in charge

-if find something important tell those in charge

those how have other ideas can bring there concern or thought to those in charge and go over it and see what they decide should happen.

How will the rules be enforced? What will happen if someone violates one of the rules?

Those who break rules will be aloud to stay but will lose the chance to

participate in decisions and meetings and will eventually be asked to leave if continues for it risks everyone it that situation and nt just them for there is limited things to rely on and we can only do so much so if your choices start to effect or hurt other you will be asked to go on by yourself.
