Hera is the Greek goddess of marriage, and queen of the Gods. Hera was the sister and wife of Zeus, who is the King of all Greek gods which made her the queen. Her and Zeus had 2 children together, both boys, they were called Ares and Hephaestus. Hera was jealous of Zeus. She tried to kill some of his other children that he had with other women. She was jealous but still loving.

Juno is pretty much the same as what Hera is. Juno is a Roman Goddess. Juno is a Roman Goddess who is the daughter of Saturn and Rhea she is also the wife and sister of Jupiter. Juno was known as the God of the heaven. Juno is generally pictured as someone who holds a spear in her hand and she would have a peacock at her feet.  Juno was called 'Juno Regina.' Juno has a temple on the Aventine Hill. Juno is also known as the goddess of 'Lucina' meaning the goddess of light and childbirth. Juno has a festival on the first of March called the Matronalia. On this day it is the day were husbands buy there wives presents. Juno was worship by all. Juno is one of the first three Roman Gods/ Goddesses in Roman Mythology. 
Hera - 
Hera is Greek Goddess who is the wife of Zeus and the Queen of Ancient Greek gods. She was represented as the ideal woman in the time. Hera is most famous for her jealousy against Zeus. Hera was raised by the Titans with her husband and brother Zeus. Hera sacred animals were cows and peacocks. Stories - Juno was a Roman goddess who protected the empire as a whole but her special priority to watch over women's lives. She is often thought of equivalent to Hera, the Greek goddess of love and marriage. Juno was the wife and sister of Jupiter, who is supposedly equivalent to the Greek Zeus. 
Symbolism - she was called "Juno Regina" (meaning Queen Juno). She was the patron Goddess of Rome itself. She was also goddess of marriage and childbirth.
Country of origin - the town of Veii, north of Rome in what we now know as Italy.
Era - She was one of the first three god/goddesses in Roman mythology, along with Jupiter and Minerva. Ancient authors claim that she can be dated back to the Fifth Century BCE.

Hera
Stories - Hera was a Greek goddess who protected the women - she was the matron goddess. . She is often thought of equivalent to Juno, the Roman goddess of childbirth and marriage. Hera was the wife and sister of Zeus, who is supposedly equivalent to the Roman Jupiter. 
Symbolism - she was called "Queen of Heaven." She was also goddess of marriage, weddings and childbirth.

Stories: Hera is the goddess of marriage, and Juno is the queen of all Roman gods and goddesses. Hera and Juno are very similar as they both are the queen and the mother of their own country, they both are goddess of marriage and birth and they both are queen of the heavens and the gods and goddesses. Hera is from the Greek myths and Juno is  from the Roman myths.
Symbolism: Hers's symbols were the diadem, the scepter and the pomegranate. all of these were a symbol of fertility. 
Juno's symbols were the crown, peacock,cuckoo,lion, cow and pomegranate all these symbols are of marital love and fruitfulness.
