backstory: I think that the PL-LITE girl is very hardworking and has an excellent mindset. When she sets a target for herself, she will do her best to complete it to the best of her ability. During her free time, she likes to read interesting books and watch movies. The part that she most enjoys about being in school is spending time with her friends. Her friends will describe her as loyal, funny, caring and respectful. She is also very organised and completes her work on time. She may not be the best, however she will always do her best in everything she does.

Adeline is a 16 year old student from PLMGSS. As a secondary 4 student, she is preparing to take her ‘O’ level examinations. She is also a prefect that is a part of the Exco board. Through the years she spent in PL, she faced many challenges such as struggling to manage her responsibilities as a prefect, her studies and still have a social life. However, she learned to strive for excellence in her schoolwork and responsibilities. She created a schedule for herself to be able to manage her work and put in her best effort into everything that she did. As a result, she managed to consistently achieve good results and be a responsible leader, allowing her to join the Exco prefectorial board.

Backstory: Raised by a bitter single father who saw affection as weakness and punished mistakes with silence or cruelty, she learned at a tender age that perfection was her only escape against punishment, but though it never brought love. Throwing herself into academics, sports, and debate, she earned the title of prodigy, clinging to the  armor to hide the fragile, approval-starved boy within. She yearned for praise just like an addict, an alcoholic. Failure was not just a setback, it was a crumbling piece of fragile illusion she had built around himself. Success brought not pride but fear, fear that one misstep would reveal how helpless and undeserving she truly felt. Blunders caused her to spiral further into self loathing, reminding her of how he was a sorry excuse of a human being. She built a persona of cold arrogance, pushing others away with sarcasm and superiority, all to mask the fraud, the failure, a broken child begging for love that never came.

She is brilliant in her most favorite subjects, Math and Science, far surpassing what she is expected to do in school but studying throughout any free time she gets. When she is not doing her homework or studying for exams, She is busy with her school Math and Science Club and is a valuable member of the Robotics Team, and her baking because she enjoys doing she also part of a baking class that enhances her skills so With respect to school and outside activities not in the classroom, she enjoys coding and decoding brain-teasing puzzles, and cooking always on the lookout for new challenges to strain her mind and skillks to the maximum. Her friends describe her as humble, goal-oriented, and always eager to help others understand difficult concepts and patiently guiding people to learn to bake and give out tips as well. Her natural ability to bring together creativity, logic, and baking ability separates her, and she is most proud of initiatives like her model of sustainable energy, and baked an entire wedding cake which unites her love of physics and the practical applications. Even though she is smart and have a lot of tatlents, she believes in lifting others up, and her dedication to excellence inspires everyone around her.

Reona is a serious PL-lite who is a perfectionist. Whether its grades or CCA, she always came in first. Her parents were always pushing her to strive and give her best, and so she did. Over time, the constant pressure to succeed soon overwhelmed her. Pressure was like a poisoned seedling sprouting from her heart, slowly causing her sanity, mindset and values to wither away. Her examinations was just around the corner. Reona knew, in her parents' eyes, grades were a fundamental pillar of gaining their trust and support in the future. However, there was just one, tiny obstacle that stood in her way: Naomi. Naomi was not only impeccable in her studies, but she was also one of the most popular and friendliest girls in school, a stark contrast against Reona. Despite constantly burning the midnight oil to study for her examinations, Naomi was always above her, just one step away. Fueled by ignorant willpower and determination, Reona was up even at 3 AM in the morning studying and studying and studying.

One day, Reona was staggering down the stairs at school, heading for the canteen. She hadn't eaten in days. Suddenly, a wave of nausea surged through her like a slow tide. Her periphery was tinging with a hazy crimson, and the fluorescent lighting around her seemed to meld together in a smeared, blinding glow. Out of a sudden, the stairs seemed impossibly apart and her balance teetered on the edge of something unseen.

The familiar yet distant waterfall of Naomi's ivory white hair that cascaded down her shoulders, the friendly, all-knowing smile that hovered on her lips.

Tears sat on the brink of Reona's eyelids.

" I've been so mean to you all these years. Yet... you saved me? ", Reona questioned her quizzically while hiccupping and sniffling.

" It's what any friend would do. Sigh... I know you try your best to meet your parents' expectations, and I admire you for it. However, that doesn't mean you can disregard your own health like that! " Naomi replied, her beam morphing into a serious frown as she neared the end of her sentence.

Upon hearing her words, Reona was shell-shocked. She had never met anyone who was so nice, so carefree...

At that point in time, a friendship was forged. Under Naomi's guidance, Reona grew to embrace the fact that she could not cope under all that stress, and she eventually mustered up the courage to confront her parents about the asinine expectations that they force upon her.

Willow is a student in PLMGS(S),who always strives for excellence and is a high achiever(most probably almost burnt out), she has strong beliefs about very specific things. She is a professional procrastinator and tends to be forgetful from time to time. Despite her moody and tired demeanor she is quite sociable and cheerfully and likes bonding with other and is always open to help out. She always does her best in everything even if she is bad at it. Despite her distaste to new experiences, she still tries to be open to it and try to improve in any way she can.

Hobbies: art, collecting merchandise of things she likes she is very proud of her school merchandise collection , staying up late, trying new things

dislikes: homework, burning the midnight oil , new things , group work

Part 2.

As she growed, she started letting go. Letting go of the pressure to receive academic validation. Realising nothing, nothing at all she tried to do gave him what she craved, she gave up trying to chase for approval, be it at sports or academics, everything became a burden. She became a hollow shell of a human, as if all her emotions had been drained and dissolved during childhood: the fear, the anger, the frustration; even the fleeting satisfaction that came with success. It all seemed hopelessly wasted, never to be retrieved. She replaced her former persona of cold arrogance with the painted smile of a clown, a carefree jokester, masking the harsh, bitter reality that deep down, her wounds were fresh. Her grades and performance sank like the Titanic, and with that descent came a growing hatred for every insult and scolding she received from his teachers and parent. It was all new to her. What had happened to the days when she was praised? How she longed for those moments, before she spiralled into misery and numbness. Each insult now felt like a dagger to her heart. But her mask, the crooked smiles and jokes, acted like bandages, holding back the free-flowing blood, concealing the pain she realised she could no longer express.

Estelle of class 2.8 is the esteemed Student Ambassador of PLMGSS. Even though, like everyone else, she is not perfect by any means, Estelle always strives to do her best in everything she does, while striking a healthy balance between work and play at the same time. She loves DIY and enjoys making scented candles in her free time, selling them online as a personal passion project. She also has a keen interest in astrology, spending ages researching moon phases, as well as the different types of stars. She believes that, like a star, she can also live up to her thoughtful name and be a guiding light to others, similar to how sailors used to follow the North Star back home. As an honorary PL-Lite, she is proud to give her 110% at all times, whether it be in studies, house challenges, CCA, friendships and more. Even though she is not a straight-A student by any means, nor is she a flawless person, to Estelle, excellence is not about perfectionism, but simply putting in effort no matter the circumstances.

Estelle loves activities such as Sports Day as she gets to cheer on her schoolmates regardless of their House. She thinks that the built-up suspense and anticipation further adds to the electrifying experience of such events, and she hopes the school implements more of such events in the future. Estelle is (30/4/25 WAT OH YAY IT SAVED hahah-) (anyways-) a passionate learner who does her best to employ the excellence mindset in whatever she does, ever since she joined PL Primary at the age of 7.

Her favourite colours are yellow, purple, pink and blue. To Estelle, asking for help or being a kind person isn't a sign of weakness nor naivety, in fact, it's a sign of strength. She's aware of the troubles and vices in the world but still chooses to do her best and have a positive outlook on the world, refusing to get bogged down by the excessive negativity that can spring up around her at times.
