Voldemort is the shadow because he is extremely powerful and dangerous and is a foe of the hero and is only afraid of one person, Dumbledore.

Hagrid and McGonagall are the mentor because he guides and protects the hero by offering advice, weapons, and other gifts. Hagrid takes Harry to Diagon Ally to buy his supplies for school and McGonagall gets Harry a broomstick to play quidditch.

The Dursleys are threshold guardians because they stand in the way of the hero at important turning points. The Dursleys try to make sure Harry doesn't go to Hogwarts.

McGonagall is a shapeshifter because she can transform her shape and appearance and turn into a cat.

Ron and Heromione are allies because they help the hero in moments of crisis and offers friends to the hero. Ron and Heromione help Harry get to the Sorcerer's Stone.

Hagrid and McGonagall are the herald because they act as a signal of coming change. Hagrid tells Ron, Harry, and Heromione information about the Sorcerer's Stone that they were not supposed to know. McGonagall told Harry that everything was okay with the Stone and Snape was trying to protect it.
