         <description><![CDATA[<div>When I first started competitive running, I was not very good at all. To be frank, I was the slowest person on the team! However, after working very hard for 3 years I was able to push myself to be the fastest female on the team. My coach continued to tell me that "hard work beats talent when talent won't work hard." To this day, I am a firm believer in this. </div>]]></description>
