I'm also involved since we, the students and professors, communicate in two ways.

In terms of academic approach and work experience, I have a good understanding of the hospitality and tourism business. I've also learnt the fundamentals of entrepreneurship, business management, and marketing. Aside from that, I have significant experience in a variety of cooking styles, including Western cooking, Malay Heritage Cuisine, Malaysian Cuisine, Bakery and Pastry, and Garde Manger. Although, in terms of management and worldview, I am still interested in learning more about other cuisines and the hospitality sector.
