         <description><![CDATA[<div>ICT is an important aspect of HRA. Students can use different resources to help them learn about the effects that exercise has on the body. Students will get the opportunity to watch videos of various exercises involved in the circuits being demonstrated correctly. The students will also learn how to interact with the TPSR model as they are shown a video as the how it works. ICT can be used as a visual aid to appeal to visual learners during a class, through programs such as PowerPoint. This visual aid can help explain and demonstrate a movement or skill to the students. Electronic skill cards can also help breakdown the movements involved and lessen the paper load. Interactive and electronic learning walls can incorporate music, animations and videos which help grab the students’ attention. As a teacher it is important to bring a sense of creativity to the classroom. Students engage more and become involved more in a class when their attention is grabbed. The use of websites such as YouTube to relate movements and skills to specific movements which are taking place in the class can help keep students interested.</div>]]></description>
