I believe that instead of asking for increased accountability (lesson plans) for our teachers with the greatest load is yet another disincentive for best teachers to teach students with the greatest needs. Instead, let's invest in teachers through amazing/differentiated PD and support. I believe that there is a big difference in the quantity and quality of PD that our teachers in high support schools have had compared to our neighboring districts.
