As for the last campaign, it only helped those who could afford it which was just sad. The population of Nevada is around 2.2 million and will increase over the next 50 years. The population is to increase over 50% to over 3.3 million. The answer is common sense, we need Solar Panels! Here's why for our no brainers. First off Solar Panels are highly helpful to the environment because it hardly does any damage to the environment and uses our most important resource, the sun. The Sun is renewable of course.  One plan is to install a row of Solar Panels by the military base protected by Military. We would raise the money by donations and Tourist Money we make every year. This would make sense because Summer is near and it would be easy to create the energy because of the blistering heat. This would cut people's electricity bills and keep American's happy. Also for the Biomass plant, we could save money up made from the Solar Panels and possibly more donations or tourist money, Since the Biomass, is widely distributed.
