-improving the welfare of a country 

strategies:
- Free education for all children 
they are the future of the country. if the government provides education to all, there are gonna be less crime, less unemployment, and all that.
maybe children will study hard if the government gives them money as a prize of any kind of achievements.

- free medication for all children
there are a lot of countries in this world that have a low life expectancy of people just because of not taking enough medical treatment when they were born or young.
sooooooooooo, the government should offer free medication for kids to let them live longer.

·      Convince and support them to achieve their goals in life by having talks from real life experienced and successful figures and role models
