Communication is starting to become a problem. Most of board is good with updates but there are definitely pieces of info falling through. I am also having a difficult time figuring out how much to speak with our advisors. I don't really know how to explain it.

We have a full board this term and have girls who held positons previously to help the newer members get familiar with the ropes of everything. Were gonna do two board trainings I believe to bond and get info in

It honestly depends on the program. However, the ones where we PLAN engaging and interactive activities, the engagement is fantastic.

We have only had two new members in the last year. I'm scared that after my class graduates we are going to leave without enough members in the chapter. Also when we reach out to prospects they almost never respond. :/

A lot of our members are really engaged, but there are a lot that sit with their mic off and never interact

Sometimes board members don't think things through all the way and things are kind of messy/unorganized. I think we could work on unorganization and communication with regional counterparts

We need more younger members for recruitment its our main focus to have freshman/sophomore or eighth graders. We have more older girls than younger

Lots of BBGs from board and general members are excited to plan programs. We have gotten A LOTTT better at including folds and incentives in our programs and have been working on engagement a ton. The process of submitting, planning promoting, and running a program is very smooth.

All of board is eager to get tasks done and have so many creative ideas. We've also already had a board training and I am prioritizing board meetings once a month :)

We have a lot of younger members but they are inexperienced and inconsistent on joining meetings and events so after my grade I'm nervous for Barak's outcome

The majority of this new board is already on their game. We already all have board jackets and a programs and fundraisers planned with other chapters.

Good connection with sig helping a lot with getting things done and planning out ideas together. Also communication within the High board is also very strong helping us with a foundation for our bard.

We definitely did a great job recruiting last term so that has sort of rolled into this term as well. We primarily need to focus on 8th and 9th grade recruitment.

Members don't get as involved regionally and internationally as I would like because they are all new to our chapter and don't have that pride yet :(

We have been doing a bad job at educating our chapter on traditions and knowledge in general (most of our chapter doesn't know what our stand up cause is haha)

Created a communication channel by assigning board general members to talk to about meetings and updates. We appointed a chapter historian to help keep tradition alive. We often have fundraisers with merch and special guest programs. We ADOREEE our stand up cause, Sharsharet, and plan tons of pink shabbats with them.

We already have a fundraiser planned with Zion. We put out tons of merch which is always good for our chapter. Ashrey's traditions always make me smile too, they happen every meeting.
