• Inability to say no - struggling to decline requests leads to overwhelming workload and additional tasks.

• Inability to delegate - wanting full control over a project makes it challenging to assign tasks to delegate.

• Perfectionism - wanting each task to be completed without errors and aspire Perfectionism in every task.

• Currently enrolled in a Business diploma course, the beginning step to reach to my future goal.

1 - 12 months

• After the completion of the diploma and to reach my goal, enroll in a (CB) program. This typically takes 12 months to acquire the bookkeeping certificate.

13 -19 months

• Apply for internship in banks, and big stores to gain some experience for my dream job.

• Volunteering - to volunteer in different stores to gain the beginner experience to reach my goal.

19 - 25 months

• Learning accounting software - to familiarise with popular accounting systems.

25- 29 months

• Prepare resume and apply for jobs to reach to the final goal.

• This involves the exploration of benefits of changing the traditional accounting system to the more modern and technological system.

• Instead of recording the financial statements manually in the books, like the journal entries, financial statements, this project allows saving time and the extra effort to record in accounting books and keeping records of the files.

• This system makes recording of transactions much easier and simpler.

1. The first question was more about introduce yourself as in the candidate.

2. I had asked the interviewee about his leadership style.

3. How would they handle conflict within a team.

4. How they motivate their team to achieve the set goals.

5. How do they prioritize and manage multiple projects or responsibilities.

6. How do they ensure effective communication within the team.

Firstly, i had learned that the interviewee was a qualified and professional human resource manager in reality.

• He had handled the questions professionally, being very formal while keeping a calm and composed demeanor.

• He portrayed no signs of hesitation, rather i could sense confidence emitting from him. His facial expressions showed enthusiasim for the position.

• His answers were on point while he skillfully gave an overview of his past experience related to the position.

Initially i had learned a few things here and there from this role play:

1. First would be, effective questioning, i had asked a few questions though the interviewee gave detailed and meaningful responses, this made me realize understanding what makes a good question can improve the ability to gather valuable information.

2. Active Listening, i had the opportunity to gather more insights on this, active listening and responding improves communication.

3. Industry Knowledge, interviewing professionals can provide in-depth knowledge about different industries, and roles.

4. Understanding Job Seekers, by putting myself in the interviewers shoes, it gives an opportunity to gain empathy for the job seekers.

Overall, this role-playing as an interviewer provided me with a comprehensive learning experience that enhances interview skills, communication skills, industry knowledge and confidence.
