It promotes not only our physical well-being but as well as emotional, spiritual, and even financial capability for parenthood.


Personally, I believe that family planning is not just about preventing pregnancy, most importantly It's about planning a whole life with intention and care. Being aware is a sign of respect for our body and for your partner. it shows maturity and a willingness to take responsibility. I also see it as a way to deepen relationships, since it requires communication, trust, and shared goals between partners. Ultimately, responsible parenthood means not only knowing when we are ready to raise a child, but also being committed to raising them In a home filled with stability, love, and purpose.
