Usually I wake up at 6am and then I go to school and sometimes like 4 or 3 days a week I go to yhe gym and always I play soccer of 6pm to 7:30 pm or 9pm, finally always I do my protein shake and I eat dinner.

After school, I'll usually be found laying on the couch or on my bed listening to music or watching YouTube videos (sometimes both at the same time). I've also been getting into the habit of going to the gym for an hour each day, which I do about 5 days a week.

I get up and I never have breakfast. Then, I go to school, and I always get there by car. At school, I often drink a lot of water. Sometimes, I get very sleepy and end up sleeping by accident. This often happens in Portuguese class. When school is over, I go home, and I usually eat something like a snack. Then, if I have homework, I always finish them, but I rarely have any. And when I finish everything, I go to sleep.

Already at school I annoy my friends, I get bored and complain during classes, at lunch I get bored again and complain in class and I go home from school. When I get home I change and start cleaning, wash the dishes, make dinner, have dinner, brush my teeth and go back to sleep.

Yes, I often think about the damage humans are causing to the Earth. I think we can reduce the impact by recycling, reducing, and reusing. We can also save water by closing the faucet when we are brushing our teeth or taking a shower. Another way, is turning off the lights when we are no longer in the room, and disconnecting the devices when we are done using them.

I always wake up at 6 am, I brush my teeth and have a shower, sometimes I have breakfast and go to school which starts at 7.30 am, I have lunch at school and leave at 3 pm, my father picks me up from school and normally I eat something before my English class, after class I often go to the gym. When I come back from school I shower and have dinner with my parents, and after we finish dinner I brush my teeth and go to sleep.

Usually for every day of the week I wake up at 5 of the morning, get ready in like 30 minutes.
During the week days I usually arrive at school at 6:40 or 6:50, depending of the traffic, after I finish up school I have to do extra work like dual diploma or japanese assignments.
During the weekends I just assist my japanese classes at 8 till 11 of the morning then the rest of the day I just finish up other assignments that I have.

My daily routine would be to get up at 5:00 am, spend about 10 minutes in bed watching applications, then I go to take a bath, sometimes I have breakfast but very rarely. When I'm ready I go to the car and it takes about 15 or 20 minutes to get to school. At 3:30 or when I get home from school I'm going to eat as if it were my second lunch from then until 6 I stay looking at my cell phone. Then I have dinner and at 8 or 7 I go to sleep.

Every day I wake up at around 6:20 in the morning. Usually, I eat breakfast while my sister showers and then shower while she has breakfast. Then I get dressed and do my hair. By this point I'm ready to go to school and learn until 3 or 4 in the afternoon. I also play volleyball and eat during the recesses. Then, I come home and often go to the gym or stay home and do what I've already said I do in my freetime. Then, at 9, I get ready to go to sleep and then, as you can probably guess, I go to sleep.

I am email you to talk about the last time that we went shoping to the mall. It was so fun I pass incredible and we need to go again but with more friends, like with Emmanuel and Sebastian, and we need to go to the cinema to see the new movie of Mario. The last time that we go to the mall I forget to buy something so i need to go again for that. We have to figure out when we can go out. This days I would be busy because I have a lot of soccer games, and I need to train with my team so I thing that like in one or two months we can go to the shopping mall again.

I listen to music therefore I also sing the songs i'm listening, meanwhile I'm cleaning, I also enjoy listening to music and while I'm studying or reading.
At morning, around 5:a.m I usually workout while I watch Youtube videos, then I shower, and after that ,I cook the 3 meals that I'll consume during the day.
We could say I also dance and the reason as to why I do that is because sometimes I have bursts of energy and to canalise it in something I move.
And to end with my hobbies during my spare time, I take a walk 5 days a week.

Hi Mavi, how are you? I hope you’re doing well. I’m writing you to tell you everything that happened yesterday when I went to the mall. I went to Multiplaza because for a long time I wanted a new dress, so I went with some friends looking for it. Thing is, we kind of got distracted, so we entered Vertigo, and you have no idea what I saw. It was all 10 Taylor Swift albums in CD! Of course, I wanted to buy all of them, but I didn’t have enough money, so I just ended up buying one: evermore. When we were on our way to Bershka, we walked past some stairs, and in those stairs, there were two people making out. Guess! It was Leticia and Daniel. I know, I sound very nosy, but it was so unexpected, and it really shocked me. My friends and I pretended we didn’t see anything and just continued walking. We entered the store and I saw the dress that I desperately was looking for, so I obviously bought it. After that, we ate at the food court and went home. That was pretty much it. Hope you have a great day.

Well, I was at the multiplaza with my mother shopping, we went to get an ice cream in the food court and when we went downstairs to serve, Clara started screaming at Mateus (her boyfriend) because she saw that he was kissing another one in the I went to try to talk to her so she could calm down and she told me that Mateus told her he was sick so he couldn't go out to dinner with her, so she decided to go to the multiplaza with her friends, and found Mateus kissing another girl.

Sometimes I think about my carbon footprint and I imagine ways to reduce it, like walking home from school or taking the bus to avoid using the car. Those are the easiest things within my reach that could reduce my carbon footprint.

Hello how are you? I am writing this to you because I want you to know what we did in the mall since you told me to tell you so we went to see the clothing stores when a woman fainted then several people went to help her another thing that happened was that a dog escaped and The girl who escaped was running around the mall. It took her about half an hour to catch him. Lastly, we went to see a horror movie that was very scary and Estela just kept laughing but it was a lot of fun. I hope that next time you can go also.

my favorite series is "Outer Banks", and talks about 4 young people who want to help their friend to find the treasure that the father of one of the young people was almost finding and was ¨supposedly¨ dead. Throughout history, many things happen, they discover that this treasure would be a family heirloom of one of the 4 young people, they are chased (because there were more people looking for this treasure), when they finally arrived at the treasure's location, the people who were chasing arrived too, and the 4 very smart young people they decided to blow up the cave so that no one could get that treasure, and then we don't know more because the other season has not yet been released.

My favorite serie is called "Teen Wolf". It's about a boy named Scott and his best friend called Stiles. One night, Scott and Stiles were searching for a corpse in the woods, when suddenly, something bit Scott. It turned out to be a werewolf, and so he is turned into one. He has to learn how to get used to the new abilities he gained, and throughout every season, there are new mythical creatures and threats they have to faze. They make new friends, and all of them have some sort of special ability, except Stiles. But that changes when he is possessed by the nogitsune, which is an evil creature. They end up saving Stiles, but further there are more challenges that they need to overcome. There are some tragic deaths, but overall, it's a very good series (if we don't count special effects, but it's kind of old, so it's understandable). I would definitely recommend it, but it's kind of long, so you have to have a lot of patience to finish it.

To start my day I usually talk to myself remembering me to carry on with my daily activities and to never give up 'cause no matter what, even if I screw up or just start too look down mostly because of desmotivation us as humans daily experience, that posibility of learning from my mistakes is just a chance to be a better version of myself, and from that point on everything is a little bit lighter to carry.
Then I often cook my meals and clean, after that I wait for the bus, spend most of the day in school, just to headback to my house walking and spend the rest of the day studying and between a gap of time I usually work out.

You will NOT believe what I just saw at Multiplaza. I was under the food court, eating a beef stew, and what do I see? Daisy and Daniel making out on the shaking chairs at Cinemark!!! I can't believe Daniel would do that to Desiree, especially when she already forgave him for cheating on her with her own dad! I would've left him right then and there if I was her. But it gets worse, because Donald was RIGHT THERE!!! He came out of the movie theatre and Daisy and Daniel just stopped making out like nothing had happened!! Since Donald went blind after the Pizza Hut incident, it seems Daisy has been taking advantage of his blindness to make out with Daniel right in front of him!!! The worst thing is that Daisy still doesn't know that she's pregnant with Donald's child, since someone stole the pregnancy test from her before she could see it. Do you think it's possible that Desiree knew about Daniel cheating on her with Daisy and stole the pregnancy test from her as revenge? Please write back as SOON as you can!!!!

Hi Marta it has been a long time since we Last spoke and I wanted to tell let you know that yesterday it was such a great day I spent with you, all the time we got to enjoy with each other. At first I was not so sure if you were actually gonna make it to the mall because of what your father told you, you know that he was not sure to let you spend spare time one day before test week .
Gosh when I saw you making your way up to meet me and I got to see you after 5 months of looking at each other virtualy, I can't explain that feeling but I can asure you that in that exact moment you were the only real thing there, everyone else just begun to disapper from the world and you looked astonishing if you want me to be honest.
I really loved that inmediatly before our how you have being hug we headed to the ice cream shop to catch up about our lives, and I gotta tell you that you have changed a lot you are funnier wittier and happier, I'm happy to see you looking forward to be better and you now happen to be one of the most special people in my life.
Gotta tell you that the moment we were at the food court almost meeting with the entrance and your father called and told you to leave broke my hearth.

I need to tell you something that happened when I went to the mall. What happened is that I was in a clothing store with my mom because I needed clothes for my cousin's party and I noticed that some old ladies were fighting, at first I didn't know exactly why they were fighting but then I realized that they were fighting over a perfume. Can you imagine fighting over a perfume? It's the most absurd thing in the world. Besides, it wasn't even an expensive or important perfume, it was a very normal perfume.
