To connect the loose sides, I beveled at a 45 degree angle and blended them together. I removed the clay from the tube and added a thick base. From this point I added and subtracted clay to my liking. I changed my design on my vase from my plan to a more geometrical theme including different shapes. I added slip drip design along the third faction of my project. I subtracted rectangles near the rim, added circles, and carved triangles. Under the added circles, I added faded lines to magnify the geometrical theme In addition, I changed the shape to an oval ( to fulfill the geometrical appearance) and cut the rim to an asymmetrical squiggle.
