At least something similar to that. I am only using this as a guide to how to position the character, I can also animate it by drawing down the frames used for the characters too. 

This position is the standard standing position. This is a picture taken of a wrecked ship from the Maple Story game, this is not flat at all. It has that sort of perspective, of looking at it from the bottom so it actually looks superior to the character.

I was planning on creating a city environment as well. And now that I am thinking about it, it will all seem easy to do, I just need to layer everything on Photoshop. So have the Background (Slightly Blurry)

This is something really simple in order to create a scene. Which in my opinion does look sort of easy to do. The problem is actually being able to draw something like that successfully. I could use this as a base like I am already doing with the characters and then just do it in my own style like I normally do. After all I am basing my own game on Maple Story which is where I got these sprites and images from.
