         <description><![CDATA[<div>Stop signs are yellow with black letters. MUTCD ideally wanted it to be red to assign the meaning "STOP" with the color red since red meant stop on stoplights (see 1914), but they hadn't developed red paint that did not fade at the time.</div>]]></description>
