Meaning that citizens can choose who they want to be in charge to say. Presidents here only serve for 6 years and cannot get reelected. The power is equally divided among three branches in the government, the executive branch, the legislative branch and the judicial branch. Police in the Philippines are encouraged to kill drug traffickers if resisting arrest. You must be able to show some id when requested by police. Severe penalties can happen when in a child abuse or rape case. Any person under the age of 18 is classified as a child. Philippines if they follow along with the traits that the people want. For instance, the leader has to be able to lead the country towards a better society. They have to be inspirational, meaning that they have to be inspiring and trustworthy. They have to be able to make the right decisions for the country, for example being able to use the country's resources responsibly.
