Look out for students who will need more individualized support to identify their interests and strengths.

Leverage on digital platforms and encourage students to do micro-learning, e.g. RP microlearning or even a virtual work experience
For students with lower achievements/aspirations levels, encourage them to pick up some hobbies or watch content related to areas they are interested in.

Helping students to understand different possible pathways and requirements (get clarity on subjects that they need to do well in). Be mindful of upcoming changes & impact on post-secondary admissions for the different cohorts.
