         <description><![CDATA[<div>· I’m  going  to New York.</div><div> </div><div>· I’m going to stay there for  4 months.</div><div>          </div><div>·  I´m going to get there by plane, because it’s fast and it is economical since I have benefits with Avianca.</div><div> </div><div>· It cost $1’804.900 round trip, the best dates to travel there are September, October, November and December because the Halloween and New Year holiday are fantastic.</div><div> </div><div>· I’m going to stay in hotel, because is economical and comfortable during the stay</div><div> </div><div>· I’m going to stay in hotel, because it is economical and comfortable during the stay, also because I don’t have relatives or friends in that country.</div><div> </div><div>· I’m going to take 3 bags, So I’m going to pack 3 jackets, 2 scarves and gloves, boots, computer, camera and a blanket for the winter.</div><div> </div><div>· When in New York, I'm going to visit the Empire State Building, Central Park, Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty</div><div> </div><div>· Some people advice are:</div><div>- The Bronx Zoo is one of the largest zoos in the world, because it has an integrated system of four zoos and an aquarium managed by the Wildlife Conservation Societ</div><div>- The Empire State Building is one of the tallest skyscrapers in New York State and is named one of the seven wonders of the world.</div><div>- The Central Park looks natural contains several artificial lakes, two ice skating rinks and grass areas used for various sporting activities. The park is a popular oasis for migratory birds and is one of the most famous urban parks in the world</div>]]></description>

He attended a complementary seminar at the University of Heidelberg.</div><div>Recognition: The Pure Theory of Law: an analysis of law as an autonomous phenomenon of ideological or moral considerations, from which excluded any idea of natural law.
