Copayment is going to be removed, although we will promote an exhaustive control of what medicines are sold, and we will convey to pharmacies to sell only the right quantity of pills for each patient.

Homeopathy should be properly labelled as innocuous remedy, which is harmless but also quite innefective, like this, many people can avoid being decieved by misleading treatments.
_ I will demand a huge investment in Health in order to get more specialized doctors, due to Health system is one of the pillars of the Welfare state.

It´s because of that, as the Minister of territorial administrations of this country, I would like to explain you my principal ideas and policies to make Spain great Again!

First of all, it is needed to simplify our administration structure: autonomus regions, provincial governments, councils…and all these ancien organizations must improve their efficiency by firing all those who have been set up in instead of civil servants. Moreover, There is in excess Friends in high places, too many regional MPs…

Also, secondly, independent movements are quite harmful for our economyc system and I won´t sit on the fence whilst selfish thoughts try to break our common wealth.
Don´t hesitate! I´m going to implement as measures as necessary to get a well-run country.

At last but not the least, online administration will be the key to reach these goals. It´s why too much burocracy makes us a weak country, not prepared for a hard future that will require of us a huge effort to keep our life style standards.

Because of that we should focus on: 
 Controling public deficit  and public debt 
Controling the inflation rate and the tax rate.
We would prefer to increase revenues by raising taxes instead of reducing expenses which will affect mostly the míddle and lower classes. To achieve these goals , my team will enact the following measures: 
 1. Increase direct taxes for higher rents ( SICAVS and things like those) would help to reduce the budget deficit ( SICAVS currently only pay 1% instead of 25%)
 2. Force the Royal Family and catholic church to pay taxes just like the rest of spanish citizens.
 3.Reinforce the number of public tax agents to fight against fraud more efficiently.
4. Lower VAT for tampons and sanitary towels in order to promote equality ( now it's about 10% like "toros", in the future it will be 4%)

As far as culture is concerned, I think it is important to develop drawing and art programs and to present new calls for grants and subsides to schools of music and dance. These schools have a valuable social, formative and cultural function, since it allows access to music and dance all kind of people, regardless of their age and their training.
Therefore, we must continue working on the promotion of reading. Creating reading spaces with new technologies as well as supporting and enhancing book fairs, exhibitions, etc., will be measures that we should take into account.
As regards Sport, the delivery of resources to federations will be an issue to keep improving because we are in pre-Olympic year. Besides, the aids to athletes women will be increased in regards to the care of their children and the reincorporation to the competition.

EPI is outlined by the Yale Center for Environmental Law and Policy, where an annually ranking is carried out based on an assessment of the policies of 180 nations, which reflects how well countries meet international environmental targets. 

Despite Spain´s strong environmental policies, the country faces many issues for being one of the most arid countries of the EU, with not so much vegetation and a very uneven volume of rainfall. Additionally, Spain also counts with high atmospheric pollution as well as, other contamination problems due to urban and industrial residues. 

Therefore, in order to tackle with these environmental problems, the Spanish Ministry of environment has stablished the following list of measurements to be taken in 2019, by which citizens will be informed of our political proposals and decisions for the next four-year term:

The four priorities of the new Spanish ministry of the environment:

1.    It will be a criminal offence under the Spanish Criminal Code to cause directly or indirectly serious damage to the environment by:
 
  • Emissions.
  • Spillages.
  • Radiation.
  • Illegal extractions or excavations.
  • Discarding hazardous waste and/or any contaminant to the following:
 
-       atmosphere
-       ground
-       subsoil
-       surface water, ground water or sea water
 
2.    Single-use plastic bags as well as, plastic packaging will be banned in supermarkets and local shops in order to tackle with the problems due to plastic and micro plastic pollution as well as, to fight against climate change. Plastic bags will be replaced for bags made from organic materials and other bio degradable products. 
 
3.    In order to reduce the impacts caused by motor vehicles in big cities. Cars will not be allowed between 11am and 18pm in cities with a population higher than 1,500 million people. This measure will reinforce the use of public transport.
 
4.    Green Taxation: This is a model based on the “polluter pays” principle that establishes climate taxes by which most polluting companies and industries will also be taxed.
