The Temporal Lobe controls the processing of auditory information and with the encoding of memory. This means everything that you hear or listen to is controlled by this. For me the biggest thing I listen to is music. Music can calm me when Im stressed or get me excited when its time to run track. Either way it boosts my emotions in a good way and helps with my overall happiness.
