-        Mark is an International Best-Selling Author, Thought Leader and certified Success Principles Trainer

-        The story starts at Moscow when he is 15 y/o. Marc and his friend were part of group of the westerners visiting the Soviet Union in 1987.

Describing the video content
-        Marc discussed the steps involved in learning a foreign language and the various levels of fluency. He will demonstrate that there is a greater level of language competency and explain what it takes to attain this "native" level, where the rewards vastly outweigh the benefits of simply communicating. Marc's passion is the study of languages, as well as their embodiment in local dialects, poetry, and traditional song. He has near-native proficiency in six languages and their sub-forms, and has performed in a variety of musical settings. This lecture was given at a TEDx event, which was organized by a local community and followed the TED conference model.

the most significant things i learned about self-awareness in this class is self-assurance which is a quality that may be seen in all aspects of our lives, including our educational, professional, and personal lives. People frequently discuss the value of self-confidence, but they are unaware of its full scope. We only realise how important self-confidence is when someone lacks it and it affects them severely in several aspects of their lives.

Confidence enables us to feel prepared for life's challenges. We're more likely to move forward with people and chances when we're confident, rather than back away from them. If things don't work out the first time, confidence encourages us to try again. When confidence is low, the opposite is true.
