Secondly, Tim is also largely at fault. If he is fully aware that Linda is 15 and she is a minor then he should not be suggesting that she engage in those inappropriate acts just for that shoot. Furthermore, he should not have scheduled a shoot in his home as it would give Linda the wrong idea.
