Print out the report of guest in house, housekeeping and arrivals. Then check out the guests. before check out the guest from system reconfirm that guest balance are clear and its shows RM0.00. I have to check the rooms that allocate to arrivals are clean and full amenities. I have to go and check each of the room is ready to check in for guest. As usual i did my front office duties (check in and check out). Modify registration cards and update guest profile.
