She was made into a Kree-human hybrid via the blood transfusion , while having all of her old memories removed, turning her into the Kree's weapon and a member of Starforce. During their Kree-Skull War Danvers returned to Earth and began recalling her past, with help from Nick Fury and Maria Rambeau. Danvers had then also discovered that Yon-Rogg and the Kree Empire had been manipulating her for years, learning from Talos that the Skrulls were merely seeking to find a new home. 

The film uses different scientific conventions: Space opera, Extraordinary voyage, and invasion story. I will explain why each one is in this film. 

Space opera : This film is space opera because it is a movie that is set in outer space typically of a simplistic and melodramatic nature. 

Extraordinary voyage: I would say that this film is an extraordinary voyage because the main character Captain Marvel is traveling from earth to space back and forth. 

Invasion Story: Throughout the plot Captain Marvel was under attack from the skrulls but she ended up helping them find a homeland. Captain Marvel was told that her anger in a fight was too much, that it would get her in trouble. That wasn't true, it was just that everyone was afraid of her might. Captain Marvel is one of the Marvel's most powerful heroes. Because she is part Kree, in the comics, and empowered from an Infinity Stone, in the MCU, she is one of the strongest characters among the Avengers, however, every superhero has their kryptonite, and Captain Marvel is no exception. She has her weaknesses and personal demons, just like every other human, which is what makes her relatable .

Perlman and LeFauve were hired as a writing team the following April after submitting separate takes on the character. The story borrows elements from Roy Thomas's 1971 "Kree–Skrull War" comic book storyline.  On International Women’s Day, Marvel Studios released their first film featuring a female lead, and “Captain Marvel” made over $400 million worldwide its opening weekend. Throughout her childhood, she never got along with her parents due to how they treated her based on her gender, yet maintained a good relationship with her older brother, Steve Danvers, who would stargaze with her outside at night. As she grew up, Danvers dreamed of becoming a pilot, idolizing feminine role models like Amelia Earhart. Danvers also developed a determined, rebellious streak that would stick with her for all of her life. Despite how her parents felt, Danvers still decided to participate in numerous physical sports and activities, including becoming a baseball player on the team called the "Sparrows," where she faced more challenges being a girl on a boys team. In spite of the fact that she would sometimes be knocked down, Danvers always remained determined to stand back up and continue, while others would believe she should stop, which would go against her character.^[2]

As Captain Marvel begins, Carol Danvers (Brie Larson) is fighting with a man. She's on the planet Hala and sparring with Yon-Rogg (Jude Law), another Kree warrior who encourages her to restrain, to control, the force that can shoot from her hands. If it's not channeled, she's told, things could go bad. But when a rescue mission to extract a Kree operative from the Skrulls goes awry, Vers (as she's known on Hala) lands in Los Angeles in 1995 and slowly realizes the Kree-Skrull war isn't what she'd been told and that her strength is greater than she knew.

This is the scene where she gets up and fights back to get her power. IF THERE'S ONE line, one quote, that will endure from Captain Marvel, it'll likely be this one from Carol Danvers herself: "What happens when I'm finally set free?" It's rhetorical. Danvers says this as she's coming to realize the true awesomeness of her powers. For years, she's had her past hidden from her, been gaslighted into believing she needed to rein in her powers to be a better warrior for the Kree. This was not true. She had been fighting "with one hand tied behind my back," and when she realizes who she should really be fighting for, her might is unleashed. She is unstoppable.
