    It was originally marketed under the name Sublimaze. And it was brought into clinical practices in the 1960's.
    Fentanyl were first sold on the streets in the 1970's. It was sold under the name China white.
    Fentanyl was almost like an "safe" alternative to Heroin. Many people addicted to Heroin used Fentanyl so they won't be going against the law. But later, Fentanyl was made illegal just like Heroin.

    • Respiratory depression
    People can build up tolerance. This means the more often you use it, the more you will need . The"high" feeling of fentanyl may last up to 72 hours! But it can also only last 10 hours! This depends on the way you put it into your body (ingestion).

    Based on how much is ingested as a time, it can decrease the heart rate to as much as 25%!!
    If this is in a hospital, then the computers  can let the staff know ASAP, but on the streets, it can instantly cause death.
    Experienced drug users carry a stimulant along with fentanyl. So if they feel like their BP goes too low, they can use the stimulant to fix the problem. But sometimes, combining the two can cause instant death too!
