A heart attack occurs when one or more coronary arteries are blocked. The right coronary artery is found to have plaque build up (occluded by 80%.) The lack of oxygen to her heart because of the sickle cell as well as the blocked artery caused her ankles to swell and skin to discolor. Anna went to go treat her throbbing and swelling ankles with Aspirin and had a heart attack as she neared the table. She hit her head, became nauseous, collapsed, and died.

Anna's sickle cell anemia caused for there to be a lack of blood flow and oxygen to her brain and body. One may hypothesize that Anna was walking to take her daily aspirin as her ankles were swollen. As she reaches for the pills, she experiences a stroke. She fell to the floors and her head slammed on the table and which would explain the head wound. This would also explain why there was blood found on the table. The head wound would induce vomit

Her activity level has decreased because of how lethargic she had become.
There's family history of high cholesterol and heart disease. She claims to have occasional tingling in her feet. Lab analysis showed that there were abnormalities in the red and white blood cell or platelet count. She tested negative for strep throat but instead found that there was excess glucose in the blood. Anna was sent for GTT and tested positive for diabetes.
Anna was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes and hyperglycemia.

Anna had been complaining of chest pain. Her blood pressure was taken to be 140/72.
Tests and Results:
Anna had blood work done, a cardiac stress test with EKG and a echocardiogram. Anna then took an agiiogram after seeing the results. The physical exam showed that Anna's heart
rate was 90-105. Her blood pressure averaged 142/85. They detected a slight heart murmur. The cardiac test revealed that after only 8 minutes of walking at a speed of 3.5mph, Anna's blood pressure boiled to 190/110. The EKG showed heart murmur. The echocardiogram revealed that the left ventricle is slightly enlarger but within normal limits and that her mitral valve didn't close tightly.
Lab Analysis:
- Total cholesterol 389 mg/dl
- LDL 243 mg/dl
- FDL 60 mg/dl
- Triglycerides 145 mg/dl
- Her CBC results are still normal
- Her fasting blood sugar was 85 mg/dl
- Hemoglobin A1c was 7.1%
Anna was diagnosed with a slight heart murmur, hypertension, and heart disease, hypercholestermia, and pre-ventricular contractions
