1. Neck Stretch:

- Sit or stand comfortably.

- Gently tilt your head to one side, bringing your ear towards your shoulder.

- Hold for 20-30 seconds and switch to the other side.

2. Shoulder Roll:

- Roll your shoulders backward in a circular motion.

- After 10 seconds, reverse the direction.

3. Trunk Rotation:

- Sit or stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.

- Gently twist your upper body to one side, holding onto the back of your chair or placing your hands on your hips.

- Hold for 20-30 seconds, then switch to the other side.

4. Cat-Cow Stretch:

- Get on your hands and knees, with your wrists directly under your shoulders and knees under your hips.

- Inhale, arching your back and lifting your head and tailbone (Cow position).

- Exhale, rounding your back and tucking your chin to your chest (Cat position).

- Repeat for 1 minute.

5. Child’s Pose:

- Kneel on the floor with your toes touching and knees apart.

- Lower your upper body towards the floor, reaching your arms forward.

- Hold for 30 seconds.

6. Seated Forward Bend:

- Sit with your legs stretched out in front of you.

- Hinge at your hips and reach forward towards your toes.

- Hold for 30 seconds.

7. Hip Flexor Stretch:

- Kneel on your right knee with your left foot in front, forming a 90-degree angle.

- Shift your weight forward slightly until you feel a gentle stretch in your right hip flexor.

- Hold for 20-30 seconds and switch to the other side.

8. Butterfly Stretch:

- Sit with your feet together and knees bent outward.

- Hold your feet with your hands and gently press your knees towards the floor.

- Hold for 30 seconds.

9. Ankle Circles:

- Sit or stand with one leg lifted.

- Rotate your ankle in a circular motion, first clockwise, then counterclockwise.

- Switch legs and repeat.

10. Standing Side Stretch:

- Stand with your feet hip-width apart.

- Raise your arms overhead, clasping your hands.

- Lean gently to one side, holding for 20-30 seconds, then switch to the other side.

Remember to breathe deeply and consistently throughout the stretches. This routine should help improve flexibility and promote a sense of relaxation. Enjoy your stretching session!
