One thing we learned about resolving conflict using the S.T.E.P it up acronym is to always be the conflict animal Owl and to do that you need to stop think and cool off by breathing in and out and counting to ten then you need to talk it out with the other person talk about how you feel about this conflict and listen to the other person when they are sharing about how they feel about the conflict then evaluate all possible solutions which means to brainstorm for all the best solutions you can get then pick the best solution you can use and you found in this conflict situation and now you just resolved a conflict.

I using the step it up acronym I learned many ways to resolve a conflict for example I learned that conflict can also be a good thing and we can communicate and if we communicate when there’s a conflict it can solve more easily cause we can share both of our perspectives. Also the steps are stop and think talk it out, evaluate all possible solutions and pick a realistic solution. It makes it easier to resolve conflict and break friendships. The step acronym also helps us to brainstorm all possible solutions. Also
