         <description><![CDATA[<div>Healthcare is a system of medical services provided by the state or a corporation, for maintenance of both physical and mental health.<br><br>The services of Healthcare can vary to nation to nation. In Canada, healthcare is actively funded by the federal government. In which, all citizens are covered by the Canadian healthcare system. In this case, the well-being of most people in Canada is high due to a well-funded medical institute to care for both physical and mental health. &nbsp;<br><br>While in a less developed nation or 3rd word nation. Healthcare can be lacking in many areas (funding, staff, equipment, etc) or non-existent. In such a case where this happens, the well-being of a person is heavily damaged due to the lack of a medical institute to care for both physical and mental health.&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<br><br>This short overview does not cover the vast topic of healthcare in health. Many other factors does count in the well-being of a person, in related to healthcare. In rural areas, the access to medical staff can be hard due to the travel time between house and city. Some people do not think that they need to vist their doctors for help. Plus many other issues.&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>
