- My landforms professor teaches the chapters with the intent that we will learn the knowledge needed for the labs at the end of each chapter. The lab motivates the students to try to understand the content well.
- My anatomy professor tried the same technique as my landforms professor, however she did used prerecorded lectures for us to learn while my landforms professor teaches over zoom. The students did more poorly in anatomy.

- My AP statistics teacher always encouraged small group work for everything in her class. Having two other classmates during tests relieved any unnecessary stress from me and allowed me to recall information better.
- My friends and I in the same class would meet together before final presentations and review and peer edit the other's work. This would help give us new insight and perspective that we couldn't see.

- In 7th grade, my math teacher would only explain lessons in a certain way, not bothering to use different examples to help create a better picture in mind for the students. Because of this, many students struggled in this class due to the lack of different thought processes.
- My Spanish teacher used visual learning, hands on learning, participating, traditional teaching. etc. to teach us Spanish. By making us speak, watch, read, and write Spanish every day, it helped us immensely.
