The Sultan Gallery has had a great role through over fourteen years in introducing Arab artists for us. The Sultan Gallery started making cooperative dialogue among artists and international institutions. The main concern for the Gallery was about the increasing of contemporary and secular movements in 1990.It also reopened by Farida Sultan in 2006.She has continued working eagerly to develop the critical art discourse in Kuwait. Sultan Gallery is a great platform and environment for all talents. That’s why It’s worth talking about it. They opened it in 2011, so it has been opened for almost 13 years now. People can have a chance to see a lot of amazing drawings there, and what makes it more interesting is that some of the drawings are made by young Kuwaitis. It has been published by Arabs, so that’s a plus. Not only do Kuwaiti people share their art there, but also people around the world can too. There are also some artists who can give presentations about art and stuff. They have a library that has the largest collection of art books in Kuwait, so when people go there, they can have a look at some of the most interesting art books. People really need to  appreciate them because they really do care about the present and the next generations of artists. People will love art even though they’re not good at it;  they love to look at it or to see how it’s made by artists, and by art we mean every kind of art, like drawing, painting, acting, music, monuments, and so. That leads us to the main question which is “ Why did we choose that exact topic? “. Actually, there are lots and lots of reasons for why we decided on choosing this topic. One reason is that life would be boring if art, in general, didn’t exist. Just imagining that, make people feel sick figuratively. Another reason is that personally, we’re artists, that’s why we were excited to choose that specific topic. Honestly, we loved to search more about art and museums, and learn more about them. Finally, we wanted to know about more places in Kuwait that are related to art because, to be honest, the percentage of artists in Kuwait is very low, so we don’t see much interest in art here. The places we chose are Bait Lothan, Sultan Gallery and Contemporary Art Platform or (CAP).
