The Tammany Hall harmed people due to buildings they asked to be built that fell apart easily. They made sure that people they wanted were elected. This cartoon is pointing this out and criticizing them for not taking responsibility. Q2. Aftermath of World War 1, the German leadership didn't want to take responsibility for losing in the war, so they blamed internal problems that sabotaged Germany for their defeat, this is something similar.</div>]]></description>
