         <description><![CDATA[<p>As a system for both managing a structured, flowing, and productive classroom AND making executive function skills an explicit component of your classroom, this 'game' is a solid way to engage friendly competition around a specific skill you are seeking to have evident throughout your learning block. </p><p><br/></p><p>Note, for kids older than 4th grade, it makes sense to title the 'game' something different, as the wording might feel a bit 'kiddy' - I encourage calling it something like 'EFS development', but keeping the game/competition component the same - call it what it is, in essence, and enroll the kids in co-determining what the skill for building needs to be for the class to be more productive. </p>]]></description>
