With in the article, Kehinde Andrews quoted that " every time you see one of these reality shows, you see they get ethnically cleansed very quickly" this just shows that because of how black women are continuously being portrayed it has a huge impact on the careers.

In the morning, I had a brief word with my tutor to ensure he was updated and I went to the location to set up my lighting and book specific equipment which would be needed.
I have very positive feelings about this as I have prepared my self , ensured that all the interviewees were still coming and on TIME.
Filming between 5-7pm was a fantastic idea as everyone was more comfortable and there was less of an hassle. filming was a huge success even though there was some struggles we still got through it all. However, if I was to state the biggest one it would be when the girls begun to get frustrated about the brightness of the light and how it was starting to effect there eyes. When I first read this article my first interpretation of it was how media in general have engraved a specific image of what types of roles black women should be playing. This has corrupted as they believe black women shouldn't be main characters but should be the bestfriend or the background person. Effectively, the way they react to situations similar to Leslie Jones is outrageous.

As a young black women, I can relate and understanding of how difficult and frustrating it can be to be continuously labeled by society.
people are quick to judge you either by; the way you talk, the types of emotions you show and occasionally your judged by the things you stand for.
