The only nonconstructive part of LiveJournal.com is anyone can post about any topic, at anytime. Starting a MeetUp, it asks necessary questions to help assist in making the topic and purpose relevant to the group. It asks, where is the groups home location, what the topic of the group is, and has the facilitator briefly describe the members. This is another viable tool that the company could use because they can personalize it to the groups needs, climate, and task.
