Symptoms often include having trouble falling asleep and having difficulties staying asleep<br><br>Long Term Effects:<br>The long term effects of several symptoms of most disorders can be very detrimental to ones health. Insomnia often leave people extremely sleep deprived which can lead to a weakened immune system making people much more susceptible to diseases. It may impair judgement which could result in high consequences.</div>]]></description>

Symptoms include excessive sleepiness, sleep paralysis, and hallucinations<br><br>Long Term Effects:<br>Being a chronic disorder, the long term effects are similar to its symptoms of excessive sleepiness, and hallucinations. It can greatly effect the quality of life of people it effects, and can stop them form participating or doing many activities. In some cases Narcolepsy can be very rehabilitating.</div>]]></description>

Symptoms include urges to move legs, twitching, and disrupted sleep due to inability to stay asleep<br><br>Long Term Effects:<br>Aside from chronic tiredness, people with RLS report a vast decrease in their quality of life when they can't control their symptoms.          <title>Why it is Important Teens get Enough Sleep</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Teens are amongst the most sleep deprived age group in the world, but they are also the ones who need that sleep. A lot of devlopment occurs in the adolescent years and disruptions of sleep affect devleopment.&nbsp;<br><br>While it is difficult to get a good nights rest as a teenager, it is highly recomned that you make an effort to. With all the social, work, family, and school stresses it is difficult to hold up all of your responsibiltes. Sleep is often the first thing to go when a teen needs more time.&nbsp;<br>The more sleep you get, the healthier a person you will be. There's no need in getting sick or feeling like crap over lack of sleep. </div>]]></description>
