I urge you to pursue peace with all your might. The world is full of pain and suffering, and violence only begets more violence. We must work to break this cycle and build a world where all individuals can thrive without fear of harm.

It won't be easy. The road to peace is often long and winding, and it requires patience, persistence, and a willingness to listen to others. But by incorporating the 7H's concepts - Hello, Hope, Harm, Healing, Heart, Head, Hands - into our efforts, we can make a difference.

Humanity reminds us to treat one another with kindness and empathy, while Honesty encourages us to communicate transparently and authentically. Humility reminds us to approach challenges with an open mind and a willingness to learn, while Helpfulness encourages us to support one another and work collaboratively. Humor reminds us to find joy and levity in difficult situations, while Health reminds us to take care of ourselves and others. And finally, Habits remind us to cultivate positive behaviors and routines that help us stay on track towards our goals.

So I implore you: do not lose hope. Even when the world seems dark and the path to peace seems impossible, keep moving forward. Every small action we take towards peace - every conversation we have, every conflict we resolve - brings us one step closer to a better world.

Let us work together towards a brighter future, one where peace and justice reign supreme.

taking this course. I pray that, by the time you are reading this, the world will have changed for the better and not for worse- if we united under one purpose, then maybe there's hope for humanity after all, no matter how small our steps are at first. Just know that, no matter how big the world gets or how much its problems seem to grow, there's someone out there rooting for you, someone who wishes the very best for your endeavors as a peacebuilder, and as a person.

You won't achieve everything you'd like to within the first day, but I think that's what's fun about being young and an advocate for peace- you get to experiment, you get to try, to fail, to learn what needs improvement and which parts you can perfect. We're all trying to make a better future for ourselves and the people around us, and I will never not be proud of you for taking this first step forward.

When I started this course, I didn't know what to expect. We were assigned to do each course as a weekly assignment, and I thought that that was it. However, I was proven wrong.

When I went through this course, and answered all the assessments, I learned a lot of things. Peace was in a sense, fluid in all aspects. There were pillars, concepts, and definitions that were unfamiliar. But they were something I was eager to learn. It was enriching to see that my ideas as a young person were not placed down, but encouraged and enriched to further be defined. I learnt that peace is not entirely impossible, and that it can be attainable through certain actions and steps. The youth can carve a future worth living in. And I'm sure that once you go through this course, you can too.

Reading through the entirety of this was such a wonderful experience and admittedly, I have been very-well educated about Peace and its concepts thanks to this lecture, as well as the mentors who paid the effort to teach us these important ideas that we have yet to learn more about of.
